Halbach Arrays

Halbach arrays are used in permanent magnet generators (PMGs) for their unique magnetic field enhancement characteristics, which improve magnetic field strength and efficiency. Through the special arrangement of the magnets, the magnetic field is enhanced on one side and weakened on the other, resulting in a stronger directional magnetic field, reduced magnetic leakage, and improved power generation efficiency and power density.
